Vacuum Circuit Breaker VCB in Substation

During the closing operation, the SYHF durable vacuum circuit breaker VCB in substation is powered by the energy stored in the spring mechanism. The energy storage mechanism can be driven by an external power supply or manually by the energy storage handle. After the energy storage is completed, the energy storage indicator shows "energy storage". At the same time, the energy storage switch disconnects the energy storage motor power supply, leaving the circuit breaker in the closed state. During the closing operation, the circuit breaker can be closed whether the "closing" button is manually pressed or the closing solenoid coil is triggered by remote operation. After the closing operation is completed, the energy storage indicator and the energy storage switch are reset, and the motor power is restored. Then the motor is re-energized. The closing indicator shows "closed" and the auxiliary switch contacts switch positions. In the opening operation, the circuit breaker can be opened by pressing the "open" button manually or by triggering the closing solenoid coil remotely. After the opening operation is completed, the opening indicator shows "open" and the position of the auxiliary switch contacts changes. At the same time, during the opening operation, the counter increases by one, and the corresponding number can be observed through the panel observation window.
