33kv Compact unit Substation is a complete set of power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 6-35kV and an AC frequency of 50Hz. The transformer capacity ranges from 50 to 1600kVA. The box-type compact substation is suitable for substations in buildings, residential areas, hotels, hospitals, parks and various temporary facilities. The specification stipulates that the capacity of the compact substation cannot be too large, and the transformer capacity cannot exceed 1600kva.

The box-type substation consists of three main components that are tightly encapsulated in one or more boxes: high-voltage distribution unit, transformer and low-voltage distribution unit. Load switches, vacuum circuit breakers or oil-less circuit breakers can be selected on the high-voltage side, and the transformer can be an oil-immersed transformer or an epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer. The box-type substation can be used for both ring network distribution systems and radial distribution terminal power supply systems.

The box adopts a double-layer structure with foam filled between the layers. The high and low voltage chambers use independent boxes, and automatic thermal control, heaters and cooling equipment are installed in the transformer room.
